Job Description
The Solace Administrator must have minimum of 4 years of experience in Solace support Administration exposure in Managing monitoring and maintaining the Solace infrastructure ensuring efficient messaging and data movement across applications within an enterprise environment The role requires expertise in Solace Pub Sub strong troubleshooting skills and experience in production support for seamless operations
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management
- Administer and support the Solace Pub Sub platform for high availability and scalability
- Install configure and upgrade Solace instances as required
- Monitor Solace broker health message flows and ensure optimal performance
Support Troubleshooting
- Provide Level 23 support for Solace related incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to message delays message loss or connectivity
- Handle escalations effectively minimizing impact on business operations
Automation Scripting
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for regular maintenance monitoring and alerting
- Create automation to reduce repetitive tasks enhancing operational efficiency
Integration Deployment
- Collaborate with development teams to support the integration of applications with Solace
- Assist in deploying new Solace configurations to align with business needs
- Facilitate seamless upgrades and integrations while minimizing downtime.
