Senior Engineer

Requirements:

• To handle maintenance of TG s, DG and Solar in coordination with TPP operation team. Continuously strive to achieve highest efficiency, availability and lowest auxiliary power consumption.
• He should be familiar with AFBC, CFBC, WHRS and Solar equipment s.
• He should be familiar with coal handling plant with coal reclaimer circuit.
• He should be able to prepare generation and auxiliary power consumption report.
• He should have good communication skill for coordinating maintenance with mechanical, technical cell, civil and operation department.
• He should be aware of the electrical rules and regulation.
• He should be able to read/suggest modification in electrical drawing.
• He should be able to carry out synchronisation of TG s, DG and Solar.
• He should be knowledge of Load management system DSLC, MSLC and WW505.
• He should have good experience of maintenance of Siemens & Schneider switchgear equipment s
• He should be able to do troubleshooting and downloading ABB, Schneider, Siemens generator and feeder protection relay events and settings.
• He should be able to do troubleshooting of automatic voltage regulator, VFD, UPS, battery charger, ESP and GCMS (generator control metering and synchronizing) panels.
• He should be able to carry out maintenance/overhauling and troubleshooting of HT/LT and AC/DC motor.
• He should have sound knowledge of maintenance/overhauling and troubleshooting generator, transformers, MCC, PCC and HT feeders.
• He should be able to carry out testing of electrical equipment s.
• He should have sound experience of MM and PM modules of SAP.
• He should have the experience in software s of Adityabirla group i.e. Confluence, mySetu, Online PTW, Shutdown management system etc.
• He should be able to prepare safe work procedure, Safe operating procedure, HIRA of all maintenance activities.
• He should be able to maintain daily maintenance log book and Check list of equipment.
• He should be able to co-ordinate daily maintenance activity with wage board and contractor employees.
• He should have analytical approach and problem solving nature.
• To do resource planning i.e. effective utilization of resources, spares planning & inventory control & timely planning of spares for the job planned.
• Implementation of ABG safety standards and visual improvement in safety in each activity.
