Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Application Study and Client Interaction:
- Meet with clients to understand their automation applications and processes.
- Study customer requirements thoroughly and translate them into technical solutions.
- Supplier/Vendor Selection:
- Collaborate with the team to select suitable suppliers and vendors based on customer needs and project requirements.
- Designing Electrical and Mechanical Schematics:
- Draw electrical or mechanical schematics to demonstrate how the processes will function and be integrated into the system.
- Bill of Materials (BOM) Preparation:
- Prepare and manage the Bill of Materials for automation projects, ensuring all required components are accounted for.
- Techno-commercial Offer Preparation:
- Prepare techno-commercial offers for clients, ensuring that all technical and commercial aspects are clearly covered.
- Software Development:
- Develop software solutions for PLC programming, SCADA, and HMI screen application development.
- Implement communication protocols for Modbus, Ethernet, and Profibus to ensure seamless integration with third-party devices.
- Protocol Integration:
- Ensure integration of communication protocols like Modbus, Ethernet, and Profibus to interface with third-party devices effectively.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the project team, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth implementation and execution of automation systems.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in PLC programming using Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi, Schneider, or Delta PLCs.
- Experience in SCADA and HMI development.
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet, and Profibus.
- Strong understanding of electrical or mechanical schematics and BOM preparation.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
