Senior Developer Salesforce

The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications and solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves leading technical initiatives, mentoring junior developers, managing integrations, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and support their professional growth.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and evaluate potential impacts on the organization.
• Maintain detailed documentation of technical specifications, architecture, and system configurations.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making for Salesforce initiatives and projects.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
