- Helping teams with necessary data updates neeed as per customer requests.
- Working on Automation of Data Base related Tasks through different tools or Scheduled Jobs.
- Follow all defined processes in the team when working on issues.
- Influence the direction of the product by providing feedback about challenges customers have with using our product.
- Work with support to help them solve customer issues they have with using Zenoti.
- Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and transparency within and across teams.
- Identify cases that require escalation (either technically or strategically).
What skills do I need
- A bachelor s or a 4-year degree in computer science, MIS, engineering or equivalent.
- A willingness to solve problems for our customers.
- 3-5 Years of experience on MS SQL Server with understanding of Data I/O, CRUD Operations.
- Experience of data analysis, gap analysis, data mappings.
- Experience of converting complex logics to queries, stored procedures.
- Can document the processes that are implemented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Can work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment with a growth mindset.
- A technology-centric background.
- Previous advanced support experience with data-driven, web-based applications.
