Senior CRM Developer Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 CE Online
• Work extensively on CRM Sales, Marketing, and Service modules
• Customize CRM applications using JavaScript, MS CRM SDK, and Web Services
• Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPF)
• Perform .NET development using Test-Driven Development (TDD) approach
• Design and develop solutions using Power Automate and Microsoft Power Platform
• Manage CRM support issues and ensure timely resolution with the support team
• Drive problem management initiatives to reduce ticket volumes and optimize support costs
• Implement best practices for CRM support and operational efficiency
• Configure and manage Dataverse and CRM security roles
• Develop and consume Web APIs for third-party system integrations
• Perform CRUD operations using REST APIs and JavaScript-based Web API calls
• Integrate CRM applications with Azure Functions in Azure Cloud environment for asynchronous messaging
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution design, deployment, and enhancements
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support activities
