Senior CRM Developer Lead

• Lead implementation and development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 CE Online solutions

• Work on CRM modules including Sales, Marketing, and Service

• Develop and customize CRM solutions using JavaScript, MS CRM SDK, and Web Services

• Design and implement plugins and Business Process Flows (BPF) for process automation

• Develop CRM solutions using .NET framework following TDD approach

• Build and manage Power Platform solutions including Power Automate workflows

• Handle CRM support issues and ensure timely resolution and ticket management

• Implement best practices for CRM optimization and cost reduction

• Work with Dataverse and CRM security roles for access and data management

• Develop REST and Web API integrations for third-party systems

• Implement Azure Function-based integrations for asynchronous messaging

• Perform CRUD operations using JavaScript and Web API calls
