Senior Consultant - WFS

Key Deliverables:

• Lead requirement gathering and documentation including business requirement documents, use cases, and process diagrams for WorkForce Software (WFS) implementations.
• Configure WFS Suite modules (Time, Scheduling, Integrations) based on customer-specific needs and product standards.
• Design and execute unit and system testing to validate configurations against business requirements.
• Create complex formulas and customized configurations that align with WFS data structure and implementation sequence.
• Support go-live activities including data loads, system initialization, and customer testing.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal WFS teams throughout project phases for seamless delivery.
• Partner with customers to complete product questionnaires and clarify technical needs.
• Follow standardized procedures and continuously improve skills through internal competency frameworks.
• Respond to customer requests with professionalism and timeliness, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Estimate work efforts accurately and contribute to strategic planning based on customer insights.
