Key Deliverables:

Analyze and design current business processes, creating flow diagrams and DFDs as part of the AS IS documentation.
Configure and document SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes, including order to cash, pricing rebates, delivery scheduling, credit management, and invoicing.
Perform full life-cycle implementations and role-outs, including configuration for partner determination, variant configuration, bill of materials, back-order processing, and free goods.
Develop and document test scripts, perform Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Performance Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality and performance.
Support SAP clients through the configuration of returns orders, invoice correction, credit memo and debit memo, and inter-company, third-party, consignment sales.
Integrate SAP SD with other modules (FI, MM) and ensure smooth data flow and process integration.
Provide support in documentation, business process analysis, and troubleshooting for various sales processes and modules.
Assist in the implementation and support of SAP solutions tailored to meet client-specific business needs and objectives.

Role Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and SAP module requirements.
Ensure SAP module configurations align with business needs, providing optimal solutions for challenges like order processing, shipping, and invoicing.
Maintain detailed records of configuration settings, business processes, and changes to be approved by team leads.
Propose innovative yet practical solutions to complex business problems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Document and present configurations, business processes, and test results to clients and stakeholders in the required formats (e.g., predefined templates).
Support clients in selecting, implementing, and maintaining SAP modules that align with their business strategies and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of SAP with other business functions (e.g., FI, MM).
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by addressing issues promptly and recommending appropriate solutions.
Handle multiple client deliverables under strict deadlines, maintaining quality and accuracy in all work produced.
Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
