Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support OTM Cloud modules (Order Management, Contract and Rate Management, Shipment Management, Business Process Automation, Global Trade Management, Fleet Management, Freight Settlement).
  • Provide functional and technical support to resolve complex service requests and customer issues.
  • Conduct incident management, troubleshoot issues, and escalate business-critical problems.
  • Respond to user queries, guide navigation, and provide functional training to business users.
  • Assist with SaaS configuration including workflows, business rules, roles, approvals, reports, and data security.
  • Manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle and monitor lifecycle through resolution.
  • Analyze and communicate impact of quarterly updates and participate in UAT/regression testing.
  • Monitor and support integrations, APIs, file flows, and coordinate with IT or integration partners.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, FAQs, quick guides, and process manuals.
  • Advocate for customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements and SaaS best practices.
