Senior Cloud support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform deep analysis of performance bottlenecks and implement fixes.
• Evolve, improve, and simplify production infrastructure.
• Work on the design, development, and deployment of enterprise supporting systems.
• Provide technical guidance and may take on project lead responsibilities.
• Implement Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions using cloud platforms.
• Understand client systems, applications, networking, data centers, web technologies, databases, ERP systems, and Big Data.
