Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle OIC and VBCS Developer with approximately 4 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Oracle Cloud integration and application solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and VBCS
Create complex integrations between Oracle SaaS applications, databases, VBCS applications, and third-party systems
Design and develop responsive applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services
Configure OIC integrations, including adapters, connections, mappings, lookups, schedules, and orchestration flows
Develop reusable VBCS components, service connections, business objects, and application logic
Integrate VBCS applications with OIC and backend REST services
Implement exception handling, fault handling, logging, monitoring, and error management mechanisms
Troubleshoot complex OIC/VBCS issues and perform root-cause analysis
Manage deployment and migration across development, testing, and production environments
Prepare technical design and solution documentation
Participate in technical design reviews and guide junior team members when required
Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions
Required Skills
4 years of relevant hands-on experience in Oracle OIC and VBCS
Strong experience designing and developing integrations using OIC
Strong experience developing applications using VBCS
Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSLT, WSDL, and SQL
Hands-on experience with OIC adapters such as REST, SOAP, FTPS, FTP, Database, and Oracle application adapters
Experience integrating VBCS with OIC, Oracle SaaS REST services, and backend applications
Strong understanding of integration monitoring, exception handling, troubleshooting, and production support
Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, or other Oracle SaaS applications is preferred
Good understanding of integration architecture and security concepts
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
