SENIOR CAMP BOSS

• Experience: Several years of supervisory or camp management experience in remote, industrial, or large labor accommodation settings, typically 3–5+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
• Certifications: Knowledge or certifications related to HSE, First Aid/CPR, or Incident Command System (ICS) are often preferred.
• Skills:
• Demonstrated leadership and strong conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, CMMS, or facility tracking tools.
• Good physical stamina and flexibility to support rotational shift schedules.
