Senior Business Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Business Process & Workflow Design

• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Customer Support teams to define end-to-end workflows
• Design future-state business processes with measurable success metrics (cycle time, adoption, compliance, efficiency)
• Map system interactions, dependencies, and exception handling paths across enterprise platforms

Salesforce Solution Design

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated enterprise applications
• Work with CPQ (Conga CPQ) and marketing tools like Marketo or HubSpot
• Ensure solutions align with Salesforce platform best practices for performance and scalability
