Senior Business Partner - insurance Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales in the insurance sector (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance)
• Handle customer acquisition & relationship management
• Generate business through lead generation, references & networking
• Train, guide & support Team leader to achieve revenue targets
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales performance goals
• Report market insights & competitor updates to management

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of overall sales experience (BFSI preferred)
• 2+ years mandatory experience in Life Insurance sales
• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
