Senior Business Analyst – Strategic Project Support

• Partner with developers, technical leads, and stakeholders for discovery and refinement sessions

• Elicit and document business goals, success metrics, constraints, and acceptance criteria using Gherkin (Given/When/Then)

• Maintain and update requirements in Azure DevOps for sprint planning and traceability

• Create clear, testable user stories aligned with business outcomes

• Drive alignment between business and technical teams

• Support backlog grooming, sprint readiness, and issue triage throughout delivery
