- Pro Arch is in search of a Senior Healthcare Business Analyst with extensive experience in healthcare systems and data analysis
- In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and documenting business requirements, analyzing healthcare data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of effective healthcare solutions
- Your insights will drive enhancements and help optimize clinical workflows and operational processes
- Your primary responsibilities include translating business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring stakeholder understanding and adoption
- You will facilitate communication among clients, management, technical teams, and end-users to promote collaboration and efficient solution development
- Additionally, you will oversee project deliverables, ensuring solutions meet functional, regulatory, and industry standards
- Your attention to detail and commitment to compliance will help maintain organizational integrity while driving innovation and effectiveness
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, workflows, and terminology.
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems and health information exchange (HIE).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in Agile methodology and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
