Point of Contact (POC) for Business Intelligence

• Act as the primary POC for business intelligence within the Delivery function.

Management Information Updates

• Update Management Information on cloud platforms such as SharePoint, Google Appsheets, spreadsheets, and JIRA.

Report and Dashboard Automation

• Create and automate reports and dashboards to meet MIS/BI requirements for Project Management.

Process Compliance

• Ensure high compliance with all Project Management-related processes.

Data Sharing and Analysis

• Share information between Finance and Project Management teams with accuracy and regular cadence.
• Drive business decisions based on insights from historical data and experience.

Process Improvement & Standardization

• Identify opportunities for process standardization and efficiency improvements in Project Management.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and templates within the D&S function.

Training & Adoption

• Provide training to team members on SOPs to ensure smooth adoption of updated or new processes.
