• define backend development best practices, security, and performance standards
• lead third-party api integrations for kyc, banking, and payments
• collaborate with product and tech leadership for solution architecture
• drive backend performance tuning and troubleshooting in high-load environments
• develop and maintain apis using flask, django, or fastapi
• implement caching, rate-limiting, and error handling
• write reusable, secure, and optimized code with proper testing
• deploy and manage services on cloud platforms like aws
