Senior Automation Expert

Responsibilities:

• Build and contribute to automation solutions and frameworks.
• Execute proof-of-concepts for automation projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in delivery projects, spanning multiple languages and technologies.
• Consulting on automation-related implementations across projects.
• Drive best practices in mobile, web, and API automation, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring upskilling and growth.

Skills and Expertise Needed:

• Expertise in mobile (iOS and Android), web, and API automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Appium, Selenium, REST Assured, Cypress, Playwright etc.).
• Proficient in Java and .NET; working knowledge of Python/JavaScript preferred.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Working knowledge of developing and testing applications built with Spring Boot and Flask frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, including knowledge of cloud-native services and deployment models.
• Ability to integrate cloud-based infrastructure with automation frameworks.
