Publicis Sapient is seeking Python Developers to join a team of sharp thinkers and innovators. In this role, you’ll apply your problem-solving ability, craftsmanship, and imagination to build and develop infrastructure interfaces for sophisticated business applications. You will create and coordinate agentic, GenAI-powered workflows that redefine how clients operate—from data ingestion and enrichment through intelligent, LLM-driven automation. Your Impact:

• Design and orchestrate agentic workflows with LangChain and LangGraph to deliver scalable, production-ready GenAI solutions.
• Create reusable components for data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and validation to speed delivery across projects.
• Maintain reliability, scalability, and traceability across agent workflows to enable dependable, enterprise-grade AI applications.
• Set up performance monitoring using tools such as LangSmith and use tuning approaches to steadily improve agent accuracy and efficiency.
• Launch and support Python-based GenAI services in production, using Bitbucket, Git, and CI/CD tooling to ensure consistent, dependable releases.
• Build secure API communication and access management using JWT, OAuth, and RBAC to protect sensitive client data.
• Leverage NLP, LLMs, and retrieval methods, including vector stores and embeddings, to create context-aware, intelligent client solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

• Strong Python fundamentals (OOP, data structures, error handling) with practical experience using Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, or Dask.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel, including building agent orchestration, memory, and tool-use workflows.
• Expertise in Python API frameworks (Flask/FastAPI), with experience working in IDEs such as VSCode and PyCharm.
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, time-series data, and data modeling and schema design.
• Basic integration experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, along with familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Chroma) and embedding-based retrieval.
• Proficiency with AWS Cloud Services and production deployment practices, including Bitbucket, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of security & access management—JWT, OAuth, RBAC—and secure API communication.
