Senior Associate - Business Operations

Role and Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership of various business operations workstreams, from problem identification to solutioning and driving outcomes.
• Partner closely, collaborate, and develop deep relationships with different organizational departments.
• Devise data governance strategies and build a single source of truth for analytics and functional scorecards.
• Integrate data from CRM portals, offline Excel sheets, etc., and build analytical models to support executive decision-making.
• Identify inefficiencies in business processes and streamline/automate workflows.
• Drive the adoption of the company CRM among various users and customize modules in the context of enterprise business.
• Contribute to near-term and long-range strategic planning.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Strong experience managing sales operations for enterprise/B2B businesses.
• Impeccable problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of Data and Business Analytics.
• Good knowledge of Financial modeling.

Qualifications - What you need:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a business operations function for enterprise clients.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial modeling and Analytics.
• Capable of performing sophisticated data analysis and building financial models on Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL is a must.
• Good knowledge of finance/accounting concepts.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships and partnering with multiple stakeholders.
• Self-driven towards short/long-term team goals in a fast-paced/ambiguous work environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, willing to multi-task, and a team player.
