Job Description

  • Overseeing the operations of designated area, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded in performance.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, increase sales, and drive growth in the designated area.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to location managers and teams, including setting performance expectations and coaching and mentoring employees.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitoring financial performance, including tracking sales and expenses, and developing and implementing cost-saving measures as necessary.
  • Ensuring that all locations are compliant with company policies and procedures, as well as with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, and developing and implementing programs to address those opportunities.
  • Participating in strategic planning and budgeting processes, and providing input and recommendations on initiatives to drive growth and improve operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, including financial management and market analysis.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
