Senior Application Developer - Web

• Proficient with PHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, Core Java, Perl and any other necessary technologies
• Able to work independently, making use of technology to communicate effectively with the team via email, video and audio teleconference, and face to face
• The right candidate has great communication and leadership skills, is extremely self-motivated, and can quickly learn our proprietary code base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new features all the way from idea to implementation
• Work effectively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
• Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in existing tools and support any technology upgrades.
• Take ownership of existing features and complete tasks using strong organization skills and with attention to detail
• Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• QA and peer review other developer s code
• Build out and maintain API integrations
• Write thorough documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field with 8+ years experience.
• Proficient with PHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, Core Java, Perl and any other necessary technologies
• Proven experience in developing web applications and integrating with Oracle ERP technologies.
• Basic knowledge Oracle with query writing using SQL and PL/SQL as an asset
• Having knowledge on Oracle ERP application and integration with supply chain modules is a plus
• Strong desire to learn Oracle APEX
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Flex Deploy
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud and AWS
