Job Description

• Extract, abstract, and validate critical lease information from contracts and legal documents into lease systems

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of lease data through cross-checking and system audits

• Manage lease documentation workflow and maintain updated lease records in databases

• Perform lease document matching, abstraction review, and data verification activities

• Prepare and review monthly reporting packages including critical date and portfolio summaries

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable reporting and invoice processing

• Review landlord invoices to ensure compliance with lease terms and agreements

• Perform operational expense reconciliation and financial validation for client portfolios

• Maintain document trackers and master lease data logs with accuracy and consistency

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve lease-related queries and discrepancies

• Support onboarding and transition of new client accounts including audits and process testing

• Track insurance, security deposits, and lease-related financial obligations

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and lease administration standards

• Identify data trends and errors and support training and process improvement initiatives

• Manage ad hoc financial and lease-related projects with timely delivery
