Senior Analyst, Business Support-2

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality claim reviews and identify trends, risks, and reserve adequacy insights.
• Translate findings into actionable themes for operational improvement.
• Partner with claims leadership and stakeholders to communicate quality results and support improvement initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end review processes including planning, file selection, execution oversight, and reporting.
• Support development of structured workflows, dashboards, and training to strengthen quality review effectiveness.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk controls, and audit-ready governance across claim portfolios.
