Senior Analyst

Summary:

Analyze and interpret data to support Business Performance Management, including developing presentation recommendations. Partner closely with market teams, Group Strategy, Business Development, Central Performance and Reward, and Investor Relations to ensure alignment. Contribute to coordinating a robust financial planning process that reflects business commitments and supports ambitious performance improvement objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison and provide support to market teams.
• Help drive an effective financial planning and target setting process.
• Deliver thoughtful, actionable analyses to relevant stakeholders.
• Produce ad hoc analysis required by the Executive Board and other senior stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of competitor analysis to help maintain focus on outperforming competitors.
• Provide finance input to Executive reward and bonus processes.
• Guarantee that day-to-day activities follow the appropriate standards and established practices.

Required Skills:

• Experience in financial reporting.
• Strong business English knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical capability and a high level of attention to detail.

Education & Qualifications:

• Master's or bachelor's degree in accounting or certified accountant qualification.
• At least 2-3 years of experience, ideally within FMCG or SSC environment.
