Security Consultant

Position Summary

We're looking for a motivated and talented individual interested in working on Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW).

Key Responsibilities

• Create and follow SOPs for configuration and process changes
• Conduct security design reviews
• Review and manage Security High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD)
• Implement NGFW solutions
• Lead NGFW migration projects
• Assess NGFW configurations
• Ensure configurations adhere to industry best practices
• Plan and execute critical changes
• Raise, track, and close TAC cases end-to-end
• Engage with customers through stand-up meetings, weekly reviews, addressing challenges, concerns, and optimization opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: BE in Computer Science/IT, MCA, or equivalent university degree
• 2–5 years of experience in security and network security
• Hands-on experience with major NGFW platforms such as Palo Alto, Cisco FTD, FortiGate, Check Point
• Strong understanding of networking and network security technologies and features
• Adaptability to learn and implement new technologies and vendors
• Relevant certifications: PCNSA, PCNSE, NSE-1, NSE-2, NSE-3, NSE-4
