Nair Systems is actively seeking a Sector Solution - Trade Revenue Expansion Business Analyst to join our team in Qatar.

Educational Background & Experience Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field is essential.

Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, or similar qualifications are considered advantageous.

A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the banking sector, with at least 5 years dedicated to Business Analysis, Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Global Transaction Banking, or comparable functions.

Experience with Trade Finance products, including Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, and Structured Trade, is required.

Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, process enhancement, and transformation initiatives is essential.

Preferred experience includes supporting revenue growth programs, product commercialization, or business development efforts.

Experience in trade digitization, process automation, or technology implementation projects is also preferred.

A solid understanding of Trade Finance operating models and transaction banking processes is crucial.

Experience with UAT planning, execution, and defect management.

Outstanding report writing, presentation, and documentation abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and various business analysis tools.

Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
