Sector Solution - FDI & Co-lending Business Analyst

Nair Systems is a boutique technology consulting and professional services firm based in QFC, specializing in cutting-edge solutions for Digital Banking, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data & Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency, as well as Robotic Process Automation.

We are currently seeking a Sector Solution - FDI & Co-lending Business Analyst to join our Qatar operations.

Education & Experience Requirements:

·                 A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, ideally in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

·                 A minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience in Corporate Banking, Lending, Credit, Business Analysis, Financial Services, or Transformation Programs, preferably acquired at a highly regarded international bank.

·                 Proven experience in supporting lending transformation, credit initiatives, system implementations, or process enhancement projects.

·                 Familiarity with FDI, structured finance, co-lending, or corporate lending sectors is preferred.

·       Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, including proficiency in report writing.

·       Strong interpersonal skills and effective presentation abilities.

·       In-depth understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and industry practices.

·       Decisive with the ability to follow through on initiatives.

·       Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.

·       Solid analytical capabilities, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to all management levels.

·       Robust business analysis skills, including requirements gathering (BRD/BRS), user stories, process mapping, and solution design.

·       Proficient knowledge of lending products, credit processes, loan origination systems, and loan lifecycle management.

·       Ability to dissect complex business challenges, convert requirements into functional specifications, and assist in transformation and system implementation projects.
