We are seeking an experienced Process Excellence Team Manager to lead a team of process improvement specialists and manage the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, and process automation, along with a proven record of overseeing multiple projects and delivering meaningful operational improvements. This position demands strong leadership skills and the ability to build a culture of continuous improvement both within the team and across business functions.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of Process Excellence professionals, delivering guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.Oversee the execution of multiple process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, and other established methodologies.Promote the identification and adoption of automation opportunities through RPA, low-code platforms, and emerging technologies.Facilitate the evaluation and initial implementation of AI and Generative AI (Gen AI) initiatives to improve operational efficiency.Work closely with business unit leaders to pinpoint priority improvement areas, establish project scopes, and ensure consistent alignment with business objectives.Create and manage project pipelines to support on-time delivery and the achievement of measurable, quantifiable benefits.Maintain strong process documentation practices, including SOPs and governance frameworks.Mentor and develop team members to strengthen internal capabilities in process excellence and innovation.Required Skills & Qualifications:8+ years of experience in process excellence, operations transformation, or a related field, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.Demonstrated success leading and managing teams to deliver high-impact projects with measurable cost or efficiency improvements.Extensive hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).Practical experience with AI and Gen AI technologies, including driving proof-of-concepts and initial implementations.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects.Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.Preferred Attributes:Experience leading remote or distributed teams.Knowledge of change management principles.Familiarity with enterprise-level process architecture.
