Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end testing of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Validate key SAP SD functionalities including pricing, billing, and credit management
• Perform testing and validation of Batch Determination processes
• Manage testing of Stock Transport Orders (STO) and intercompany sales scenarios
• Validate output determination and document flow processes
• Test scenarios related to free goods and return sales processes
• Ensure accurate validation of 3PL (Third Party Logistics) processes
• Coordinate QA activities and ensure quality delivery across SAP SD modules
• Work closely with functional and business teams to understand requirements
• Identify defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution
• Support integration testing and end-to-end process validation
