• SAP SD Implementation & Support
Work on SAP SD S/4HANA implementation and support activities across projects.
• Order-to-Cash (O2C) Processes
Configure and support end-to-end O2C processes including order management, pricing, delivery, and billing.
• System Configuration
Perform SAP SD standard configuration and enhancements as per business requirements.
• Integration Management
Handle integration of SAP SD with MM, FICO, and external systems like EDI/IDoc.
• RICEFW Support
Participate in design and documentation of RICEFW objects.
• Ticket & SLA Management
Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLA timelines.
• Business Requirement Translation
Convert business requirements into SAP functional solutions.
