Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams and ensure smooth execution of Scrum practices
• Coach senior managers and stakeholders on Agile principles to ensure top-down adoption
• Promote and embed Agile mindset, Scrum practices, and operating model across the organization
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Ensure effective backlog management, refinement, and prioritization with Product Owners
• Champion usage of Agile metrics and objective performance indicators for teams
• Support teams in implementing Definition of Done (DoD), user stories, and automated testing practices
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team productivity and delivery
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within Agile teams
• Handle conflict resolution and promote a healthy team environment
• Work closely with QA, development, and business teams to ensure successful delivery
• Guide teams in adopting other Agile frameworks such as Kanban where applicable
• Ensure alignment of Agile processes with organizational goals and delivery timelines
