Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor teams in agile software development practices as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Facilitator.
• Configure, manage, and utilize agile application lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Planview, VersionOne, AgileCraft, Rally, or ADO(TFS).
• Facilitate and lead team meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to achieve desired outcomes.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Delivery Managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Handle multiple projects running in parallel while ensuring teams meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Lead, train, and provide feedback to team members and leaders to improve performance and agile maturity.
• Promote agile principles, lean-agile values, and best practices across teams and projects.
• Foster an environment of collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments to enable teams to deliver effectively.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and team members, demonstrating empathy, self-awareness, and problem-solving skills.
