Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
- In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will be instrumental in supporting various phases of projects, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
- You will investigate alternative solutions to the proposed recommendations through comprehensive research, which encompasses literature reviews, publicly accessible information, and vendor evaluations.
- Additionally, you will be tasked with developing Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Your responsibilities will include creating requirement specifications based on business needs, defining future processes, and developing detailed functional designs derived from those requirements.
- You will assist in configuring solution requirements on products, identifying any issues, diagnosing root causes, seeking necessary clarifications, and then determining and narrowing down solution alternatives.
- Moreover, you will contribute to both unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to our clients.

Technical Requirements:
- Engage in the complete lifecycle of SAP Vistex implementation, including rollout, major enhancements, conceptualization, realization, and Go Live phases.
- Assess and align client business requirements with SAP Vistex solutions, conducting fit-gap analyses and designing system solutions accordingly.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage the entire development lifecycle, from blueprinting to Go Live, starting with gap identification.
- Configure Vistex solutions related to Sales Rebates, chargebacks, rebates, and pricing data maintenance.
- Collaborate with ABAP developers to create custom solutions and enhancements.
- Develop test cases and support developers with necessary clarifications during custom development processes.
- Work alongside business stakeholders for Acceptance Testing.
- Manage Business as Usual (BAU) support activities and resolve issues as they arise.
- Facilitate integration with SAP SD, MM, FI, and other third-party applications.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Required Skills and Experience
- Proven hands-on expertise in various Vistex modules, including Customer Rebates, IPCR Claims, Billback, Rebate IPBB, Pricing, DMP, and Data Maintenance.
- Comprehensive understanding of the complete lifecycle for the aforementioned processes, from Agreement request to Settlement utilizing a Composite Transactional approach.
- Desired Skills
- Experience with a Global Delivery Model (GDM) is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and a strong commitment to quality, demonstrating a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
- Strong customer focus.
- Knowledge of V4 is preferred.
- Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Preferred S/4 HANA Sales certification.
- Experience leading a team of Vistex consultants for AMS enhancement projects is preferred.
