SAP TM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• A typical day for an Infoscion
• As a vital member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to spearhead the engagement process, delivering high-quality and value-driven consulting solutions to clients through various phases, including problem identification, diagnosis, solution design, development, and implementation.
• You will evaluate proposals crafted by consultants, offering guidance and scrutinizing the defined solutions for client business challenges to uncover any potential risks and issues.
• Your role includes identifying change management needs and suggesting a structured approach to clients for effectively managing change through diverse communication strategies.
• You will also mentor and establish a vision for your team, providing specialized training in your areas of expertise, and motivating team members through timely feedback and recognition of their high performance.
• As a key contributor to both unit-level and organizational initiatives, your goal will be to deliver exceptional, value-added consulting solutions to clients while adhering to corporate guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• A minimum of 9 years of experience in providing technical services for SAP TM, including implementation support and upgrade projects.
• In-depth knowledge of OOPS concepts, BOPF Architecture, BRF Plus, PPF, FPM, POWL, and FBI, as well as standard ABAP best practices.
• Cross-integration expertise with SAP EM ERP is essential.
• Experience in TM integration with PI, EDI, and third-party systems is required.
• Proficiency in developing and modifying code in accordance with project standards within designated timeframes.
• Ability to create OSS messages for standard issues and collaborate with Basis SAP and functional teams to resolve issues.
• Experience working with release management to track and control transport movements from Development to Production systems, ensuring proper sequencing and dependencies.

• Solid understanding of software configuration management systems.

• Familiarity with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, along with the capacity to collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of two or three industry domains.
• Comprehension of financial processes associated with various project types and the different pricing models available.
• Client-facing skills are essential.
• Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience in project and team management.
