Job Description

At Max Life Insurance, we are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution consultant/ Architect specializing in HR to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a focus on aligning HR processes with organizational objectives. As a Solution Consultant/Architect, you will work closely with key stakeholders to define the strategy and roadmap for HR technology while ensuring the successful integration of SAP SuccessFactors modules across the organization

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with HR strategies and business goals.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to assess requirements, define solution architectures, and drive deployment strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Leave & Time, Learning, and Compensation.
  • Design and configure SuccessFactors functionalities, including workflows, user interfaces, and reporting.
  • Oversee integration with other systems (SAP and non-SAP) to ensure seamless HR processes.
  • Lead project/ Vendor teams through all phases of the solution lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Be accountable for team deliverables and KPIs. Monitor and measure progress on delivery. Review metrics to measure value and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring successful delivery of the solution within scope and timeline.
  • Provide technical leadership and training to internal teams on best practices and system optimization.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors modules by staying updated with new releases and innovations.
  • Part of Product Engineering Team and responsible for digital product management and technology delivery
  • Working on roadmap of the digital solutions to implement new features, enhancing existing features or sun-setting redundant features
  • Involved in creating a prototype and ensuring that product is tested for technical robustness
  • Look at industry trends and customer feedback to brainstorm on features.
  • Managing the Information Security and Compliance risks for the product
  • Release management and coordinate with different stakeholders for testing closures and taking deliveries to production.

Key competencies/skills required :

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with proven expertise in solution architecture.
  • Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, Leave & Attendance, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, and Reports.
  • Strong experience in solution design & Documentation, system integration, and data migration.
  • Experience working on multiple full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
  • Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in HR processes and how they align with SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification (preferred).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other SAP HCM solutions.
  • Experience in change management and training users on SAP SuccessFactors systems.
  • Certification in HR technology or relevant software platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Ramco, or any similar ERP).
  • Experience with system implementation projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance regulations and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based HR technologies and trends
