• Design, develop, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics solutions across client environments.
• Analyze, code, test, and implement application components for SuccessFactors modules.
• Work on Workforce Analytics and Workforce Planning configurations and enhancements.
• Perform data analysis, data cleaning, transformation, and normalization for high-quality reporting outputs.
• Develop and support statistical and analytical models including regression and clustering techniques.
• Create dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective HR analytics solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging application issues.
• Ensure system performance, stability, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors solutions.
