SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Technical Expert

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SuccessFactors integrations and provide technical leadership across delivery engagements

• Design, develop, and implement SAP SuccessFactors integration solutions aligned with business requirements

• Collaborate with clients as a trusted advisor to gather requirements and define integration architecture and strategies

• Drive innovative integration practices and contribute to shaping client and organizational technology strategy

• Work on SAP SuccessFactors modules and define integration touchpoints across HR systems

• Implement integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP BTP Integration Suite

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across SAP and non-SAP systems

• Engage with multiple teams to drive technical decision-making and solution design

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance for skill development

• Identify process improvements and implement optimization strategies in integration delivery

• Ensure best practices in integration design, performance, and scalability

• Stay updated with SAP ecosystem advancements and emerging integration technologies
