SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a day in the life of an Infoscion
• As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to spearhead the engagement efforts in delivering high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions to clients at various stages, from problem identification to diagnosis, and ultimately to solution design, development, and deployment.
• You will evaluate proposals created by consultants, offering guidance and analyzing the defined solutions for client business challenges to pinpoint potential risks and issues.
• Your role will include identifying change management needs and recommending a structured approach for clients to manage transitions through various communication methods.
• Additionally, you will mentor and establish a vision for the team, providing subject matter training in your areas of expertise and motivating team members by offering timely feedback and recognition for outstanding performance.
• You will play a crucial role in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to clients while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with an MBA in HR, and a minimum of 9 years of experience working with SAP Human Capital Management products.
• Active certification in SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Learning Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, Goal Management, and Succession Planning is required.
• Experience in mapping and configuring SuccessFactors functionalities to client HR processes across various countries, including the US, UK, and Australia, is essential.
• Ability to prepare requirements, design, test documents, and solutions is necessary.
• Experience in analyzing quarterly upgrade releases of the SuccessFactors cloud and coordinating the rollout of upgrades with clients and the SuccessFactors cloud team is expected.
• Proficiency in designing data conversion, interface, and reporting requirements in SuccessFactors is required.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Solid understanding of software configuration management systems.
• Strong business acumen, strategic insight, and cross-industry thought leadership.
• Awareness of current technologies and industry trends.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, along with collaborative skills.
• Knowledge of two or three industry domains.
• Understanding of financial processes associated with various project types and the pricing models available.
• Strong client interfacing skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience in project and team management.
