We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Change & Release Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in managing changes and releases within SAP SuccessFactors environments, ensuring that all processes are conducted smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the change and release processes in SAP SuccessFactors environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes and releases.
• Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for changes before implementation.
• Create and maintain documentation related to change and release management processes.
• Monitor and report on the status of changes and releases to stakeholders.
• Provide support and guidance to team members and stakeholders regarding change management best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors or related HR technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules and configurations.
• Experience with release management processes and tools.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
• Project management skills and experience in managing timelines and deliverables.
