SAP Success factors Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP/SF HCM module implementation including ONB, Recruitment, and RMK for SMB clients.
• Handle system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and post-implementation support.
• Participate in requirement gathering, future state solution design, and development object creation within the process scope.
• Conduct gap analysis and contribute to strategic roadmap and blueprint development.
• Integrate SAP/SF modules with middleware solutions such as DELL Boomi and SAP PI.
• Execute 2 full lifecycle project implementations on the BizX platform.
• Mentor team members in technology, architecture, and application delivery.
• Interact with customer management and provide expert technical guidance.
