SAP Solution Manager

Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain SAP Solution Manager as an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to define and deploy SAP Solution Manager functionalities based on business requirements.
• Configure modules such as Incident Management, Change Request Management, and Test Suite.
• Support end-to-end application lifecycle management from design and development to deployment and operations.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and performance optimization for SAP Solution Manager.
• Manage integration of SAP Solution Manager with SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and delivery tracking to ensure successful implementation.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, architecture standards, and enterprise guidelines.
