Job Description
• Work on SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) implementation and support projects.
• Configure and manage LMS components including Domains, Domain Groups, Roles, Item Types, and other reference settings.
• Handle end-to-end LMS implementations with hands-on experience in deployment and configuration activities.
• Manage integrations between BizX Suite and LMS using Integration Center.
• Configure and support Open Content Network (OCN) and Virtual Learning Session (VLS) integrations.
• Develop and maintain LMS reports based on business requirements in production environments.
• Support standard and external integrations with LMS applications to ensure seamless functionality.
• Work on user data setup, connectors, and data flow from source systems to LMS.
• Perform data migration activities and ensure data accuracy during system transitions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver competency and skills-based learning solutions.
• Provide support for troubleshooting, enhancements, and optimization of LMS functionalities.
• Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors LMS best practices and implementation methodologies.
