Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC) Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of HR processes and experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions. This role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to design, configure, and maintain the Employee Central module.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
• Configure and implement Employee Central modules within SAP SuccessFactors according to best practices.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and prepare documentation for training and support.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central functionalities.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and features to enhance system performance and user experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central (EC) module.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficient in configuring Employee Central, including organization management, employee data, and workflows.
• Experience with integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools and analytics capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and stakeholders.
