We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 HANA Customer Service (CS) Consultant with 5-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S4 HANA implementations, specializing in the CS module. You will play a key role in enhancing our customer service processes through effective use of SAP technology.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP S4 HANA Customer Service (CS) module.
- Configure and customize the SAP S4 HANA CS module to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CS processes with other SAP modules.
- Provide support for SAP S4 HANA CS system issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with SAP S4 HANA updates and best practices to continuously improve system performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in SAP S4 HANA Customer Service module implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S4 HANA architecture and functionality.
- Proficient in customizing SAP CS module including service order management, warranty management, and service contracts.
- Experience in integration with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams effectively.
- Certification in SAP S4 HANA CS is a plus.
