Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee engagement initiatives at various stages, from problem identification through diagnosis to the development and deployment of solution designs, while contributing to organizational goals at the unit level.
- Develop, build, and enhance comprehensive SAP Quality Management processes tailored for the enterprise needs of customers.
- Manage the engagement life cycle effectively.
- Identify client opportunities and assist in proposal creation.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships.
- Oversee talent management strategies.
- Utilize thought leadership for marketing and branding purposes.
- Influence deals through negotiation and closure.
- Create and manage intellectual property.
- Facilitate knowledge management practices.
Technical Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years in SAP transformation development and AMS projects, including at least three full lifecycle implementation projects.
- Proficient in business processes related to:
- Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, Quality Certificates, Quality Notifications, Stability Studies, Batch Management, etc.
- Experience in integrating SAP QM with external systems such as 3PLs, MES, Trackwise, LIMS, Labware, Lab Vantage, and other SAP modules, while adhering to GXP and SOX requirements.
- Served as a Solution Architect on multiple large-scale global programs.
- Expertise in business blueprints, design, prototyping, functional analysis, configuration, gap analysis, conversion, migration, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support activities, including conducting business process workshops and fit-gap analysis.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in Quality Management BPML.
- Solid experience in data migration processes and ETL tools.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience in SAP QM within the pharmaceutical process industry.
- The ideal candidate will act as a senior Functional Architect for SAP programs, leading the engagement from business process consulting and problem definition through to solution design, development, and deployment for S/4HANA Quality Management.
- Facilitate business transformation programs, assisting clients in overcoming digitization-related challenges.
- Play a critical role in defining problems and discovering comprehensive solutions, guiding teams on project processes and deliverables.
- Have the opportunity to develop valuable consulting solutions that empower our clients to adapt to the evolving global landscape.
- Domain experience in Quality Management, with a preference for candidates holding S/4HANA certification.
- Experience in deal pricing transformation and deal estimation.
- Ability to utilize various tools such as Solman, Doc Nav, SharePoint, Mercury, QC, etc.
- Possess sufficient ABAP and Fiori technical knowledge to coordinate effectively with technical teams.
- Experience in change management, task planning, project reporting, resource management, process improvement, and supervision.
