SAP QA Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP QA Test Lead to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the QA testing efforts for various SAP projects, ensuring the highest quality of deliverables and adherence to best practices in software testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA testing team for SAP projects.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP applications.
• Identify and document defects and ensure timely resolution with development teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
• Review and analyze system specifications to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Implement and maintain testing best practices and methodologies.
• Provide status reports and updates to project stakeholders.
• Mentor and train junior QA team members on testing processes and tools.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-18 years of experience in SAP QA testing roles.
• Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities (e.g., SAP SD, MM, FICO).
• Proficient in testing tools such as HP ALM, Selenium, or similar.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
