SAP Project Manager / BTM Specialist

Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager / BTM Specialist to lead our SAP implementation projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in SAP environments, and will be responsible for driving the successful execution of projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP implementation projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions with stakeholders and team members.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in SAP project management or business transformation management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC).
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
